The sun shines down on a picture of typical Sydney Harbour tranquility. Children splash in the shallows as they have for 150 years, while lovers stroll under the canopy of Moreton Bay Fig boulevards.  

A wedding party makes its way to the beach, a delicious lunch is served. A newspaper is enjoyed with coffee and cake while waves gently break and sandcastles are built.

Our café is open from 8am, 7 days a week. The restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch Saturdays and Sundays and also for dinner on Saturdays.

Nielsen Park, on the foreshore of the world’s most beautiful harbour, has something for everyone, from weddings and dinners to special occasions.
